Asphalt contains natural oils that make the material strong and flexible, and these oils are what prevent your shingles from cracking when they shift around. Over time, however, the oil in your shingles will gradually evaporate, causing the shingles to lose their flexibility and instead become brittle. Roof Maxx treatment is designed to correct this problem and restore your shingles to like-new condition—our team will apply an all-natural bio-oil to your roof and let it soak into the shingles, which will make them flexible once more. Each treatment can add up to five years to your roof’s lifespan, and you can repeat the treatment a total of three times, which will make its total lifespan up to 40% longer.
